Coaching options
One-to-One Coaching
Join me online, from the comfort of your home, for 1-hour confidential, coaching sessions with me. Whether you decide to have only one session or several, you will have the opportunity to reflect upon and talk through any challenges you want to bring. I'll listen with an open-mind and a passionate desire to help you create the positive future you are seeking. I'll ask incisive questions to help you gain insight and, where appropriate, I'll introduce relevant coaching tools. Each session costs £50 per hour with a discretionary discount applied to advance bookings of 4 sessions or more.
Equipped Coaching Course
This 7-week course weaves coaching tools with biblical wisdom to help participants tackle the mental and emotional challenges that prevent us from living life to the full. Each participant will also receive a 1-2-1 coaching session as a follow-up to the course, providing them with an opportunity to discuss their learnings and insight, with a view to better meeting their own specific needs and goals.
Each of the 7 sessions will focus on a different key area of wellbeing, including:
- Goals and Needs
- Managing our Thoughts
- Handling our Emotions
- Understanding our Behaviours
- Facing our Shadow
- Defining our Boundaries
- Discovering our Values

Positive Intelligence Group Coaching Course
Improve your mental fitness and find out what makes you (and others) tick! This 6-week online course comes with access to a Positive Intelligence App that will give you daily tips and advice on how to better manage your emotions and thoughts for a more positive outlook and experience of life.
