Coaching for parents

With September around the corner and the second of my two children starting secondary school in a couple of weeks' time, I've been reflecting on the preparation required for a big transition like changing school...or becoming the mum of a teenage
r (as I recently have with my older child).
You see, preparing for big transitions in my life and the lives of my children doesn't just involve new clothes or a change in routine, it can also mean dealing with anxious thoughts or tackling challenges and making big personal decisions. In all of this, coaching has helped me to feel much better equipped for myself and as a support to my children.
Learning and being able to pass on knowledge and tools that boost self awareness, self discipline and self confidence is so valuable and such a privilege, particularly during tougher times.
I can't live life for my children - neither would I want to and nor would they allow me to (as you can tell from this photo taken about 10 years ago, my children have strong characters! ) However, I can ensure they are better equipped to live their own lives well and to handle life's challenges better when they come up.
If you are a parent and would like help with any of this, please contact me. I'd love to work with you through coaching.
