Is your perspective "tinted"?

In the same way that we can view life through "rose-tinted glasses" (a romanticised, blinkered perspective that only sees the positive), it's also possible to view life through a negative lens. Difficult past experiences can leave us with a jaundiced view of life that impacts how we think, feel and behave.
Self reflection is vital in helping us to remove the tint from our proverbial glasses so that we can see things in a more genuine light.
While I'm a big fan of journaling for self reflection, sometimes we need a little help with it. A curious, compassionate coach provides a neutral, safe and effective space for self-reflection and transformational change that can see us throw off the "tinted" glasses and move towards a more positive and authentic future.
